Task description
Write a program to print digits from 0 to 9. An 6 by 9 font is illustrated here. Note that all digits can be represented by the 7 segments -- three horizontal and four vertical. The middle horizontal segment will be in the middle of the height, and the height is guaranteed to be an odd number, like 9 we have here. Also notice that there is a vertical spacing between this digit and the next one. The dark squares will be printed with the digit, and the white space will be printed as ASCII space ' '.
Input
Each line of the input has the string of digits, the width of the font, then the height of the font. You must process all data until EOF.
Output
The output is the 7-segment form of all digits in the string.
Limits
The length of the string is no more than 10. The width of the font is between 4 and 9. The height is between 5 and 15, and must be an odd number.
